Summary: These are modern high tech apartments with good facilities and ideally located with two tram stops nearby (5-6 minutes walk). There is a LIDL supermarket literally downstairs for most shopping needs. The apartments are comfortable and have good space and the Comfort apartment is ideal for two people. We stayed 9 nights mostly for the Euros tournament and were supposed to be entitled to a weekly service. Despite e-mails being sent to the property team, no service was offered/arranged. We then needed to go and buy toilets rolls and bin bags which was not good. The final night/morning the hot water was not avaliable. Also the checkout time is quite early at 10.30 am. If anyone has a later flight from Zurich, they can wait in the reception area on level 2. Our only complain
